Who wouldn’t like a little extra free time on their hands?  Well, I have found a lot more free time with the use of this book.  At first, I was a little skeptical about whether or not it was do-able.  However, after giving it a go, I found out that not only was it do-able, but fairly easy as well. 

So now my freezer is well stocked up on meals that are ready to go.  All I have to do is thaw and heat.  The worst part was done in one day.  It didn’t take me that long to do the prep work.  And if you can get family members to help with chopping and such, then you will get it done really quick.

Just make sure that you have plenty of freezer space for all this yummy food!

There is also a great computer program that goes along with it.  What I liked about it was the you could easily print out shopping lists for the recipes you have chosen to make.  And you can add recipes to it as well.  So if your family has certain standbys that they love to have, you can make sure that they are in your 30 day line up.
