This is the start of a great fantasy series by a new author on the scene.  Allison Pang’s first foray into published books is incredible!

She created a world like no other.  I could picture everything clearly in my head.  And those characters!  I absolutely love them!!!  I can’t get enough of Abby and Phan!   Those two are my favorites.

I love the fact that there aren’t any characters that are so pure as the driven snow as to be unbelievable.  Everyone has both a dark and light side to them.  And not everything is as it seems.  So you are kept on your toes as you read.
