This was a fun find!  The kids truly enjoyed this book.  To be honest, so did I!

There are seven different places that you “tour”.  Each place has a picture of the place and a description.  It even has a list of dangers to avoid while touring that location.  It’s almost like it’s a travel guide for fictional creepy locations.

Then there is a map.  The map is extremely interactive.  On the side of the map, they give you directions of how to travel through the map.  An example of this would be on the Transylvania map, the first direction says “Begin at the train station in Gremlintown (G6).  The G6 refers to the map square just like on a real life map.  This helps the kids to learn how to locate things on a map.

Plus each map has 1 special hidden object that they have to locate while traveling around.
