First and foremost, I do not have the Doctor on Demand app. However, this book really intrigued me when I read the description.
One of the things that I liked about it was that you could customize the diet & exercise programs by taking different quizzes throughout the book. You do have to be completely honest in your answers. Sometimes, the questions are a little difficult and you don't even want to admit the answers to yourself.
However, once you are through with the quizzes and read through the steps, you will have a program that should help you to lose weight and feel better about yourself.
The hardest part was to really open myself up and be real with my answers.
