Audio Book Review

 

I received the audio book on CD from Hatchette for this review.  It is read by the author.  Thankfully, he has a very pleasing voice.  I have heard some audio books that were just too difficult to listen to because the voice grated on me after awhile.

There are also some extras included on the CDs that you can download onto your computer.   So you don’t feel like you are losing out on the great recipes that he gives. 

There is tons of great information included in this CD.  And the fact that I am getting ready to hit the big 4-0 this year, I definitely want to look and feel younger.
