Coming from a British heritage, I hate admitting but I definitely inherited the bad teeth.  No matter how many times a day I brush, no matter how vigilant I am with flossing, I always get a bad check up when I go to the dentist.

My mom actually had her teeth pulled and got dentures WHILE she was pregnant with me.  So it really came as no surprise when my teeth and gums were really in poor shape.

Thankfully, after using this rinse for awhile, my gums are no longer bleeding and aren't’ inflamed like they were.

One of the great things about this rinse is that the taste isn’t overpowering.  I can’t use things like Listerine or some of the other strong ones, because the taste just overpowers my senses and makes me gag.  This one had a nice light flavor.  The one I got to try was the peppermint twist.  It was actually quite enjoyable.
